THE SITUATION

Crest was introducing a new toothpaste for people who have tooth sensitivity.

 

THE GOAL

Crest wanted to introduce the toothpaste not just as a new product to buy, but as a solution for an existing problem that some customers have.

 

WHAT WE DID    

We showed artful images hot foods and cold foods... the kind that might cause tooth sensitivity, and let viewers know that they can still enjoy the foods they love without the encumbrance of tooth pain.

 

RESULTS

The launch was a success and the product is still a mainstay of the Crest lineup 20 years later.
